All products are subject to availability — if an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and offer a refund or alternative.

Please note that product images are for illustrative purposes only. As our coffee is a natural product, there may be slight variations in appearance.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices on our website are shown in GBP (£) and include any applicable UK taxes.

Payments are handled securely through PayPal. We do not store or have access to your full payment information.

Your order will only be processed once full payment has been received.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.

Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible, usually within 2–5 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service.

We use trusted delivery partners such as Royal Mail or DPD. You’ll receive delivery updates via email or text where available.

If your order is delayed, damaged, or missing, please contact us at info@barryislandcoffee.com and we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

If there’s an issue with your order — for example, damaged or incorrect items — please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Due to food safety regulations, we’re unable to accept returns of opened coffee bags unless the product is faulty.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal) within 7–10 working days of approval.

7. Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the coffee packaging remains sealed and in resalable condition.
To cancel, please email info@barryislandcoffee.com with your order number.

You’ll be responsible for return postage unless the product is faulty or we made an error.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your data securely.

9. Intellectual Property
