Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Barry Island Coffee Company.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

1. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it at info@barryislandcoffee.com.

We’ll ask for your order number and a brief description (or photo) of the issue. Once reviewed, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund, including any delivery charges, where applicable.

2. Returns and Exchanges

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened coffee packaging unless the product is faulty.

If you wish to return an unopened item for another reason (for example, you’ve changed your mind), please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
You’ll then have another 14 days to send the item back to us.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You must include your order number and contact details.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or an error was made by us.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal) within 7–10 working days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 working days, please:

  • Check your PayPal or bank account again.

  • Contact PayPal directly, as it may take time before your refund is processed.

  • If you still have issues, email us at info@barryislandcoffee.com and we’ll help.

5. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, we can cancel it and issue a full refund immediately.

If it has already been shipped, please follow the return procedure above once it arrives.
