We take pride in getting your freshly roasted coffee to you as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer international delivery at this time.

2. Processing Times

All orders are packed and dispatched from our base at Fonmon Castle, South Wales.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
During busy periods (such as holidays or sales), dispatch may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you informed if there are any delays.

3. Delivery Methods and Costs

We use trusted delivery partners including Royal Mail and DPD to deliver your order safely.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and location.
Typical delivery times are:

Royal Mail Standard (2nd Class): 2–4 working days
Royal Mail Tracked or DPD Courier: 1–2 working days

(Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.)

4. Tracking Your Order

If your order is sent via a tracked service, you’ll receive a tracking number once it’s dispatched.
If you haven’t received your tracking information, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@barryislandcoffee.com.

5. Delivery Issues

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of the expected delivery date, please contact us and we’ll look into it promptly.

In the rare event your package is lost or damaged in transit, we’ll work with our courier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.

Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout — we can’t take responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
